By using or accessing PrisonConnections.com, you agree that you have read, understand and are legally bound by these Terms of Service.

PrisonConnections.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to edit or remove portions of these Terms at any time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede any prior agreement between you and us regarding your use of PrisonConnections.com.

PrisonConnections.com accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of any content found within these pages By using this service, you agree to not hold PrisonConnections.com responsible for any costs, liabilities, attorney’s fee, or damages that you may incur. The ads placed on the PrisonConnections.com website have been written by the inmates and/or other providers. PrisonConnections.com is only the instrument by which their ads are published.

Inmates, who choose to place a profile with PrisonConnections.com understand and agree that they and any and all other providers of information are the publishers of the information contained on their profile within PrisonConnections.com.

PrisonConnections.com does not and will not accept responsibility for any and all incidental. consequential, arbitrary, exemplary or other damage related to or directly attributed from the use of this service.

Ownership/Proprietary Rights:

PrisonConnections.com and PrisonConnections.com logo are trademarked property therefore protected by all relevant IP laws and other proprietary rights (including copyright, trademark, trade dress and patent laws) and any other applicable laws. Except when expressly authorized by PrisonConnections.com in writing, you agree not to use, sell, license, distribute, copy, publish, stream, publicly perform or display, transmit, reformat, modify, edit, frame, translate, excerpt, adapt, create derivative works or otherwise make unauthorized use of the materials, content or trademarks.

Termination & Changes:

We expressly reserve the right to terminate your account on PrisonConnections.com. at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We expressly reserve the right to delete your profile, any and all user content you have posted on or through PrisonConnections.com, and/or prohibit you from using or accessing PrisonConnections.com for any reason, at any time. Moreover, we reserve the right to change any aspect or feature of PrisonConnections.com at any time without notice.

Pictures:

Only pictures of the inmate who’s profile is being listed will be posted. Under no circumstances will we post pictures of children or persons other than the listed inmate in photos. Prisonconnections.com expressly reserves the right to photoshop any and all pictures to keep within the guidelines of this policy.

Photoshopping policy:

We will do simple photoshopping to make your pictures look more presentable. We will not post pictures of children or persons other than the inmate listed. We will not photoshop celebrities into your pictures. We reserve the right to choose backgrounds but we will try to match your requests, e.g. New York City skyline.
